Apple is not new to Lawsuits, and here is another one to the ever increasing list. This time they have been sued for the poor 3G reception of the iPhone 3G.
An Alabama woman has filed a lawsuit against Apple, claiming the iPhone 3G’s network is slower than advertised. Cnet
The 3G reception issue was recently acknowledged by Apple Ceo Steve Jobs, who admitted that it was a software glitch and is affecting 2% iPhone 3G customers. A software update scheduled for release in September would fix the issue.
