Hackers have managed to get a external keyboard working with the Apple iPhone using bluetooth. This is not an officially supported or easy solution, but this seems to be working. Apparently some black magic with a modified battery sleeve does the trick. We would ideally expect apple to provide this officially, its one thing to have a touch only interface and other to provide pro usage of the products when one has the tools.
Not commercially ready for release, we want this stuff comes to the table soon!
Update: aha, iPad came, and this is now official. Bluetooth keyboards can be connected to iOs easily.
