SteadyCam – Take perfect Pictures and avoid blurry images via AppStore (Free)

iPhone’s poor camera light or lack of flash has been a drawback since a long time. We have seen apps on installer (1.x.x) like 1shoot who did a satisfactory job but didnt fulfill our expectations. Then came night camera which was a complete hit. Now comes another app which is on the same lines and what makes it better is that it is free unlike night camera which is $0.99.

The app launches with a simple camera interface   – Yeah no rocket science. If you turn your device sideways, the camera icon doesn’t rotate like the Camera app would, but besides that it’s mostly the same.

How it works: When you click a picture i.e. press the camera button, this app starts a timer in the form of a bar, instead of just taking the picture instantly like the normal camera app does. The bar fills up as you continue to hold the iPhone steady and will snap a picture when the bar is completely full. If the iPhone shakes when the bar is still filling, the timer will reset completely. The picture gets automatically saved in your camera-roll.

All that this app does is that it allows you to take steady pictures. Hopefully we’ll see the ability to discard or save the picture added to this app in the future, but for now you’ll just have to delete the ones you don’t like.
