SweetMail is a great utility app which installs via Cydia on your jailbroken iPhone. The appĀ  displays all your unread mails on your lock-screen. To use the app first you must go to the application and see the index page where it shows how to use the app. Then go to the update sweetmail and enter the details about your mailbox and click on save to sync it with the app. After this is done you should simply go to winterboard and activate the app. The phone will respring and you will be able to view your unread mails on your lock-screen.

Well I must admit that the settings arent that easy and I had to check out the developers website to configure it. But even after configuring the settings the app didnt work and didnt show anything on the lock-screen. Also the font of the text was in black so the mails couldnt be read properly. In all the app isnt that great and needs and upgrade. Also there should a special mention about the settings of accounts within the app itself.

thanks to whoever sent me here via email. i asked the dev for help in a post yet i’m not sure it was olliekett who sent this link. i did get letters–light ones by guessing what letters—but yeah, beta as he says. i’ll try it out again in future.
