Cricket Game on the AppStore is the sole game of cricket sport on the iPhone. The game is a must buy for all the die-hard cricket fans. The game had some problems in the eariler version for eg Game Crash, No run meter, limited shots etc. but most of them were solved in the version 1.1. But now the game has again had an upgrade and had added on a lot of features. Below are the list of features added in the updated version 1.2.
Features:
- Run Chase. The app automatically sets a score which you can chase down.
- Performance and Stability improvements.
- Name your team and also squad.
- More control over shots. Now you can control the strength of your swing. Draw a short stroke to finesse the ball.
- Minor shot tweaks. Hooks and Cuts are a little more responsive now nad paddle scoops have been overhauled for usability.
- Choose your opponent and match-up.
- View Scorecard in between overs by touching on the score display.
- Bowlers now change ends after every over to get a realistic feel.
- Minor interface improvements.
Personally I feel the updated version is pretty good and is much more stable. The strokes can be played easily and you can now have a control over the strength on your shots. The app overall has improved and the features added are great. However, one thing I noticed is that the game takes a lot of time to load. The app costs $0.99 and is available under the games section in the AppStore.
