Both carriers would offer official apps for this service via the App Store. Vodafone calls its service Vodafone Mobile TV and Orange labels it TV from Orange.
While you should consider using this on WiFi, – Orange claims that this would work even with an EDGE connectivity. Charges? Ranging from €6 and €9 a month, data usage @ 1c per 10KB, and session usage at 50 cents per 20 minutes. Orange TV would let you access 60 different TV channels (including some worldwide ones).
