Apple is moving fast with the OS 3.0 releases to developers. The latest being the beta 4 of the upcoming firmware version 3.0. This release of the OS3 comes with a pre release of iTunes version 8.2. (Apparently for the Beta 4 to work iTunes 8.2 is compulsory)
Engadget reports that support for BluRay and DVD shall soon be seen in iTunes (at least thats what is hinted by the Pre-release).
Also hints that Apple is getting strict with illegal and unauthorized usage of Beta OSes, a legal notice is now displayed. Our recommendation is still the same – if you are not a developers and testers; better wait for the final release.
