SwirlyMMS2 is here on Cydia via.
The app costs $12 for new users, $6 for updates from an older version. The app has some amazing features like a voice recorder that enabled you to record your voice / sound and send a MMS. You can transfer an incoming MMS as your ring tone and also customize alert sounds for SMSes and MMSes.
