iDNS is a free utility via Cydia (source: iSpazio).
dynamic DNS update client for noIP and dynDNA sercvices. The application has a little gui part to set some parameters and start and stop the daemon process. An icon is add in the status bar when the process is active.

Thanks for posting this, you made finding it a whole lot easier.
The interface is a little sketchy [such as keyboard input being read right-to-left.. when configuring the host to update (at least on no-ip), you can't see what you're typing because the keyboard is "on top" of it, etc] – mostly minor stuff.
Aside from that, the application definitely serves it’s purpose.
