Push toggle is the latest member in SBSetttings family, With this toggle you can enable or disable Push Mail Services only, It will do what you will manually do by going to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendar,>Fetch New Data>Push>On/Off
You can’t use it for all Push services at the moment (may be the future update will add this feature).
