Third generation iPod touch with a camera on the back has been spotted. This might well be a prototype piece that is used for testing out products before launch. Its interesting to see the camera placement in the center just as rumored before with the leaked iPod touch case. One thing I note in the image below is the headphone jack that was previously seen on the left side of the charging dock has moved to the right.
