So, I’m getting blank screen whenever i try to use blackra1n…it says “done, wait for reboot” and then nothing happens (I’ve tried waiting over 10 minutes and doing it over and over again, but nothing seems to work)…please help!

@Andie I was facing the same issue when I was trying to Jailbreak a friends iPhone 3G. What I realized was that I was logged in secondary profile on Windows. I logged in to Administrator Profile on Windows and it worked fine. Make sure ur logged in to the Administrator profile. I cannot tell u it will work 100% but this is what had happened. Try it! Good luck buddy.. Happy Jailbreaking….!

Hey Ishfaq, thx for your help mate. I surfed the link http://www.iclarified.com and found a comment which says: “For those with the new iPod touch or a new iPhone 3GS, BlackRa1n only supports a tethered jailbreak. This means that once jailbroken you should not let your battery die. If it does die you will need to reconnect it to the computer and use BlackRa1n to boot it.” Can you suggest how could i overcome this problem??

@ Satrian_07 To make it unthetered jailbreak the iPhone twice repeatedily, I had read it some where I can’t remember it now. It shud definitely work. Follow jailbreak process twice back to back. Let me know if it works? I’m not 100% sure but I remember I did the same after reading it somewhere.
