iPod touch 4G with camera?
The rumors of an iPod touch with camera are back. Just a couple of months after being disappointed by Apple which bumped up the Nano with a camera but left the iPod touch in the cold to conquer your hearts with just its improved gaming capabilities (though I am happy having predicted that right!), we hear that Apple is now certain to launch the camera version of the touch in Spring 2010. And this comes with its own share of disappointment, saying that the camera wouldn’t even be as good as the one in iPod nano 5G.
The rumor is supported by another rumor which read that a sensor flaw had pushed out the camera from the iPod touch 3G and Apple wants to ship it out asap. A tear down of the iPod touch 3G revealed that Apple had room for a camera on its back, but the area has been left empty. Perhaps Apple did play with prototypes of an iPod touch with camera, but launched it without a camera to nurture the iPhone’s market share.

man I can’t whait for the new i touch to come out
It’s almost impossible to stay updated with the every new iPod Touch. It’s uncomfortable.
Why would they put on a camera. u can text peoplw, and call people on the ipod touch. if they pit on a camera it would be an iphone an they would lose a ton of sales. THEY WILL NEVER PUT ON A CAMERA!!!!!

are just bullshit however they are going to unlock radio witch has been in the iPod touch ever since it was released just like they did with bluetooth this has been confirmed by cnet. If any other upgrades are made I would be expecting bigger screen maby even an oled screen louder speaker thiner lighter faster and improved graphics. Apple is not adding cameras and a internal mic because they want to Market the device as a handheld gaming console to compete with sonys psp and nintendo dual shit.
If they do add a camera will Mripod never post again???
One more launch of another iTouch that is inferior to some of it’s competition,
and I will give up on wanting an over priced (lack of hardware features) iTouch.
It seems like some of the Apple competitors are always now a step ahead of Apple
with their mp3 and phones. Google and Sony are now looking like TERRIFIC options
to some rather lame product features (or lack of them), on the latest 3G iTouch.
Waiting a FULL YEAR for Apple to finally come around to match its competition
with built-in speakers, built-in FM radio, camera, built-in microphone, etc. …. in the Apple
iTouch …. is just getting to be too much wait for nothing these days from Apple!
I would logically believe that they aren’t going to put a camera on the touch, except for a few PROVEN factors: 1. The Nano came out w/ a camera, 2. A case for the iPod touch w/ a camera hole was found being produced and 3. There’s been some reconfiguration allowing room for a camera. I doubt it’s gunna come out til September, the usual iPod touch cycle’s update. The 26/27 of this month is gunna be about that new gigantic touch screen apples coming out with.
anyway who cares. Apple are probobly going to upgrade ipos all the time the thing is if we wait to long for the best one we will be to old to even want it so do your selves a favor and stop waiting. give it up do something better with ur life

ok Apple is most likely going to put a camera on the Itouch…If the 5G Nano has a camera why can’t the Itouch????A guy/girl in hear said that apple wants to compete with sonny… guess what?? PSP has a camera on it… and guess what son does Nintendo DS so if apple want to compete they beater stop disappointing their customers and put a s.tup.id camera on the I touch how f’ng hard can it be to to put a camera on a touch when the Iphone has it and some other idiot said that it has text and phone that’s only if u hack it what about people that don’t??? they already have the space 4 the camera just put it on doesn’t sound complicated
I’m pretty sure apple will put an camera on the ipod touch becuz the 3g has room for the camera there is a case for itouch with a camera hole in it and if they didn’t put a camera on and the 4g came outwho would buy it people would just get the 3g bcuz it is cheaper and apples sales will go down
I think they will put a camera on it, cuz i got an iTouch 2G 8GB and i buyed a case in London with 2 places for à camera: on THE Front up to the screen and on THE back where is got an black egg” but they won’t say something About it, cuz everyone is gonna wait, and THE Shareholders are getting angry and apple fails.
Are they gonna come out with one cause my birthday is coming up and im not sure if I should get the iPod Touch 3G or wait for the 4G
