This free Cydia utility makes your springboard scrolling as smooth as you can imagine. Smooth board can take a little time to get used to. This super smooth scrolling after you are used to the normal stoppages on every page, but if you have loaded your iPhone / iPod touch with full11 pages of apps this would be great!
