Yes, I know that Apple proudly announced that the iPad and the price is $499 (+$130 for 3G version), that means its more affordable than an iPhone 3G in India. So looking to grab the coolest (and the most bashed) gadget in town? Well wait a minute. If you are in India and considering the iPad don’t you plan to use the 3G network? Oh there is no 3G here yet, no problems, how about EDGE? Well then you better convince the operators to release the smaller 3FF 15×25 mm SIM cards in India, because that’s all the iPad supports. Your traditional SIM cards are 15 x 25 mm that just won’t work with the Apple tablet which only supports the Mini Sim cards which happen to be full 52% smaller. Sorry!
