The good part about the iPad is that it shares the iPhone OS. And since the DNA is the same, Jailbreaking or getting 3rd party appstore – Cydia on the iPad won’t be difficult. However the repositories would still provide only iPhone / iPod touch apps and as Saurik himself just said on twitter : “it’s all the repository web pages that will suck.”
Guess its just a matter of time till the whole hackers community and ecosystem chases down the Apple iPad. Afterall the iPad seems to be hitting a critical mass quite fast.
