Yes after the iPhone we had the iPhone Nano rumors for long. I even went ahead and bought a iPhone Nano domain name and it has done a fabulous no show uptil now. Its illogical for Apple to make a iPhone Nano and before I begin with this, the iPad Nano is equally illogical IMO.
Coming via Digitimes the rumor cites component suppliers who suggest a mini iPad for a 2011 Q1 release. The new mini/nano iPad is said to sport a display size of 5″ to 7″ and would cost below $400.

I won’t be surprised if rumors of an iPad with physical keyboard, a black color iPad, an iPad with dual camera etc keep flowing over the next few months!
