In less than 24 hours of its release, the iPhone hacking community has already achieved a jailbreak for the iPhone OS 4. MuscleNerd, one of the most famous iPhone hackers, have released a video showing jailbroken iPhone OS 4 running VNC server application. The VNC server running iPhone OS 4 in the video is remotely connected and controlled by MuscleNerd’s computer.
Needless to say that this is a Beta software and Apple would close all the security holes before making its final release after, which BTW is not happening for the next two months.
Want to enjoy some Cydia multitasking? I believe you would have to wait for the final release of iPhone OS 4 (and iPhone 4G?) and hope that either this or some other jailbreaking software.
