On the day the doors of the Opera browser opened for the public on the 13th they registered an unprecedented downloads of more than a million. The Norwegian firm confirmed the news on Thursday, stating that once Apple said yes the iPhone users around the world said “Yes”!
Jobs has given a direct access to Opera to one of its very closely guarded lucrative market. Opera’s browser is upto six times faster than the Safari and promises to reduce data traffic by upto 90%. Sounds like a good news for the operators troubled by the traffic problems caused by iPhone users.
