Not even 24hrs has passed and Spirit has been updated, this update fixed the bug where some users photos got deleted and also people will not get “code c0000005” error. If you are still getting that code error then you need to change the compatiblity mode to winows95. If you are not facing this issue then you dont need to jailbreak it again, Though I didn’t faced this issue on iPhone 3G jailbreaked with Spirit.

“Update (May 3): I’ve updated the jailbreak tool. It no longer deletes photos (sorry!) and should resolve the issue with error code c0000005. (If you still get that error with the new version, try setting compatibility mode to Windows 95.)”
