Yesterday, Apple’s iPad went on sale in the UK at 8’o clock in the morning, and all the retails stores throughout UK witnessed huge queues of people who were eagerly waiting to get their hands on the Apple iPad. Well, many stores around UK are running on low stock and reports are coming in that Apple may have sold around 200,000 iPads just on the first day.

At the moment the most popular iPad model in the UK seems to be the 16GB WiFi + 3g model as most of the stores are running low or have already sold out on this model. It looks like Apple Stores across UK will be getting daily deliveries for the Apple iPad starting today and if you are not able to get one, you can definitely check back over the weekend.

Well, it surely looks like the Apple iPad is doing really great in UK, but can it break the previous record which was set by the Apple iPad? It is yet to see!
