There is a stream of themes being let out on cydia for iPad. Fishy Cydia Theme is one of them. We chose this theme because its a nice theme bringing in cute little changes. The cute lockscreen refreshes you, the spring board gets a marine look with the default icons getting a new look. Nice theme to have it on your iPad!
