Apple just opened the gates to iOS 4 officially and here we have the download links for the latest mobile OS from Cupertino. The .ipsw files can be used via iTunes to update your iPhones or iPod touch (the iPad version is still a few months away).
When connected to iTunes press shift + restore (option+Restore/update) to use these files.

And if you are wondering, Apple doesn’t officially supply iOS 4 for the 1st gen iPod touch and iPhone 2G. Once iPhone 4 hits markets on 24th June, we shall also get the link for iPhone 4 iOS firmware. Happy downloading 🙂
