Lock apps with Locktopus: Review (Cydia)

Locktopus is another cool tweak that lets you to password-protect individual apps. The best thing that I liked about Loctopus is that you directly Lock/unlock apps from Springboard without Respring.
To enable Locktopus to permanently lock/unlock you need to put your icons in wiggle mode (you can do so by touching any icon for a while on your springboard until you see your icons wiggling) Once your icon starts wiggling you will see small lock symbol on bottom right of icon, just tap on it and it will lock the app. From now whenever you launch the app it will prompt for password to launch that app. And if you want to remove the password for a app then all you need to just put icons in wiggling mode and tap on locked badge and it will prompt for password, type the password and hit the unlock button.
One thing I  missed  is that you can change the password from Settings App.  So far Locktopus worked fine on my iPhone 3G running iOS 4.0.1 and is compatible till iOS 4.0.1. The only thing that I was missing  from this app is that it can’t lock folders. I hope we will see this feature soon in upcoming versions.
Locktopus is available on cydia for $2.00.
