A few brilliant iPhone fanboys have put together a huge (58” to be exact) Multi-touch capacitive surface and an iPhone to create this iPhone Desk. The surface is connected to an iPhone using a dock connector. The dock connector projects iPhone content on the surface, bringing all the propriety iPhone multi-touch fun to it.
A dedicated iPhone app transfers all the swipe movements to the phone, making the surface work like an iPhone. Compatible with iPhone 4G as well as iPhone 3GS, the app supports all iPhone touch gestures including pinch-to-zoom. The creatures of iPhone Desk are working on a synced version of the device that does not require a dock connection.
