UberTwitter, the Twitter client which was almost synonymous with BlackBerry devices would now be available for iOS devices. In an announcement made earlier today, UberTwitter has confirmed that the app is now available on the Apple App Store.
UberTwitter offers gets all the standard twitter features you’d expect from any self respecting Twitter client such as composing and sending tweets, retweeting, direct messaging and embedded link shortening. Apart from these, there has been the addition of something known as UberView that “make reading tweets faster and easier.”
To get to Uberview, users need to just tap a tweet in portrait mode or turn the phone to landscape mode. Once they do that, users can view and use content from any embedded link without leaving the app or opening a new page within an app.
It also gets a feedback button using which users can send their feedback about the app and feature requests for future versions to UberTwitter.
