Apple iPhone 5 will have A8 SoC processor

By this time you should’ve figured that Apple introduces a new iPhone device every year during summer. So here’s pinch of salt about the next iPhone – we’ll call it iPhone 5 till official name for it comes out. Apple Daily has gathered information that Apple is already working on iPhone 5 packing new A8 processor. This processor will also include Qualcomm’s Baseband substrate to take care of the GSM as well as CDMA versions of the device.

Future iPhone devices are already rumored to carry a dual-core processors. Better graphics promising PowerVR SGX543 evidence was already found in the iOS 4.3 update. According to the buzz, Apple has contacted couple of Taiwanese companies about the process of putting A8 processor on the phone’s motherboard and also Qualcomm baseband processor.

So here’s what Apple has got for us in this year – dual-core A8 CPU based iPhone 5 and may be iPod touch too. Well it’s not bad to procrastinate, is it?
