TinyUmbrella Update Brings Support for iOS 4.3.3, Save SHSH Blobs

TinyUmbrella has been recently updated to support iOS 4.3.3, the firmware released by Apple to fix the location tracking bug that stores the data in iDevice in an unencrypted format. Fortunately, the @ion1c exploit that existed even after the consequent releases of the firmwares has been implemented in the Redsn0w & Pwnage tool. TinyUmbrella lets you save the SHSH Blobs of you device, thus leading you to restore to the older firmware versions in future.

TinyUmbrella is also a great solution for those who want to preserve the BaseBand of their iPhone 4 through TSS server. Now, it supports even the iOS 4.3.3. Another alternative is definitely the Pwnage Tool 4.3 from DevTeam which supports many more devices. In addition to it, it also hacktivate the device (enter the ‘slide to unlock’ without any hassle of the official carrier sim). It is completely a user choice to choose from the wide options available.
