Yes, this is a good news for people who have recently upgraded their iDevices unknowingly to the latest firmware, iOS 4.3.4. You can now tethered JailBreak your iDevice on iOS 4.3.4 through the upgraded version of Redsn0w. Unfortunately, kernal hackers @i0n1c and @comex will work hard to find an untether for the JailBreak. Till then you can use this method and remain JailBroken forever. Though, you will always require a software to re-boot your iDevice again if the battery goes down.

Here it should be noted that the latest version of Redsn0w will not support the iPad 2. The reason being is the fact that iPad 2 has A5 chip which is entirely different from A4 (single core). Therefore, making it difficult to port the famous limera1n bootrom exploit into it. Also, iPad 2 3G/GSM owners will not able to revert back to iOS 4.3.3 even if they saved SHSH Blobs earlier. You can call it an exception in the hacking world but we don’t know the reason behind it yet. So, it is strictly advised that iPad 2 owners should stay away from latest software update released by Apple.

Download Redsn0w 0.9.8b3 from here : Mac, Windows
