The upper part of the white iPod touch has been spotted in the wild which shows that Apple is in all probability to release white color later this year. Perhaps, it may come out in September event iself followed by next generation iPhone through another event in October. But we are not sure about its credibility. These reports have come from Macotakra, a chinese site which claimed to leak next generation iPod touch parts. This item was labelled as ‘iPod touch 5th Gen Phone Jack Flex White’.
We have also heard rumors about 5th generation iPod touch to have a 3G antenna for people who wants to access internet 24×7. The concept should be similar to iPad where we have two models – Wifi and Wifi+3G. The customer should have the choice to choose between the two according to need. Obviously, there could be an intervention of carriers if something like this happens in future. Also, the prices could see a hype as well. Apple previously had plans to release a 3G Macbook. Though, the idea was dumped when the model was in prototype stage and appeared on ebay for sell.
