iPhone 5 To Support HSPA+ Technology, China Unicom Reports

When everyone is busy speculating the upcoming features of next generation iPhone, one thing which needs not to be missed is the support for LTE/HSPA+ technology. As per the latest report from China Unicom, iPhone 5 or whatever the next iPhone would be called would support HSPA+ technology where people would get speeds of near about 21 Mbps. However, many countries across the world haven’t rolled out these services yet. Also, many are preparing to launch them pretty soon.

Apple is a company which always adapts for a technology on rise. Though, these golden words from Steve Jobs might not be heard any more due to the resignation from the post of CEO. But we believe that new CEO, Tim Cook would take the company forward using the same principle. Considering this, there seems to be no reason for Apple to come up with an LTE iPhone. We had earlier seen a leaked photo of a setup at AT&T store which hinted towards beta testing of next generation iPhone.

Tim Cook was spotted at China Mobile HeadQuarters to talk about the negotiations with Chinese Telecom carriers. What do you think?
