Apple in an statement with AllThingsD has clearly mentioned that it has resolved most of the battery issues with iOS 5. However, rest of the issues which still remains are being investigated further. This statement from Apple came along because some customers have reported that they are still facing battery issues even after the update from iOS 5.0 to iOS 5.0.1.
iOS 5.0.1 was available for customers yesterday. It was assumed earlier that it would solve all the issues related to battery in iOS 5. But problem still persists for many people out there. Apple had also tested iOS 5.0.1 before the official release with selected customers. It is now confirmed that Apple would release another software update to fix battery issues for all of its customers in near future.
Previously, many people told that the problems has occurred due to the Time Zone issue which uses the push notifications for iPhone 4S at intervals.
