iOS 5.1 To Be Rolled Out For All On March 9?

It’s been months since Apple released their first ever beta of iOS 5.1. At that time, it was expected that the company would release the final version for all either in January or February. But it seems that Apple would roll out iOS 5.1 through OTA or iTunes on March 9, reveals carrier profiles. These are 11 carrier profiles who have been discovered with the same release date, according to a report from BGR.

When iPad 3 is all set to be unveiled in the month of March, there is no doubt that it would be bundled with iOS 5.1 from the very first day. That makes it non-vulnerable to any pre-existing JailBreak. Due to the fact that Siri is in beta, we are also expecting some additions of languages. Those countries where the carrier profile shows the release date includes Japan, France, Greece, Island, Finland and Sweden.

Precisely, on that date, the carrier network connection would be improved which is incorporated in the latest software release from Apple. Fortunately, Apple releases software update at the same time for the rest of the world, so March 9 should be the date for the release of iOS 5.1. Anyways, Apple released iOS 5.1 Beta 3 for developers on January 9 and several others are expected as well.
