Apple Starts Preparation For iPad 3 Event On 7 March At Yerba Buena Center

As usual, Apple has already started preparations for the iPad 3 event on 7 March at Yerba Buena Center in San Francisco. However, the design on the center may not hint much about what Apple would unveil on Wednesday. You can have a look at the photos which have been posted by MacStories where one can checkout that the workers are on their way decorating the center with banners.

Apple sent the invitation to media few day back with an image of an iPad attached with it. Moreover, the image certainly reveals about the fact that the event would be more dedicated towards the touch part. On the image, it is clearly written – “we have something you really have to see. And touch”. As far as something which we have to see is concerned, it could be none another than next generation iPad. But what should we relate with this touch? It is also rumored that Apple could remove the home button from the iPad 3 to make it entirely based on touch interface.

Since Apple has introduced multitasking gestures on iPad in iOS 5.0, the usage of a home button has been decreased tremendously. Whenever one has to go to the springboard or want to invoke the multitasking bar, everything is only a five finger gestures away. Are you excited about the iPad 3 event on 7 March?
