It was only yesterday when iMore sources claimed that Apple could hold an event on September 12 to announce iPhone 5 and iPad mini. Now even AllThingsD sources have fuelled the rumours further and confirmed that Apple is definitely planning for an event during the same week. However, it’s not confirmed that wether this event would focus on next iPhone or it’s related to something else.
While Apple doesn’t have anything else in its basket to announce except the much rumoured iPhone 5, iPod touch or iPad mini, we are assuming that it would more likely be an event to announce the next generation iPhone. Several parts of next iPhone have been purportedly leaked and assembled to demonstrate on how the final product would actually look like. And we have to admit, it ain’t look that bad. But it might also be the prototype of the real thing to be announced next to next month.
iPhone 5 is expected to have LTE, 4 inch display, mini dock connector, a metallic back etc. On the other side, iPad mini could appear exactly similar to iPad 2, but might launch with a smaller screen to target 7 inch tablet market. Are you excited? Let’s know in comment section.
