Verizon's All Staff Vacation BlackOut Hints Towards September 21 As Launch Date For iPhone 5

iMore sources might have already informed us about the launch date for next iPhone, but Techcrunch sources have confirmed the ongoing rumour from Verizon. A Verizon employee told them that the carrier would have an all staff vacation blackout from September 21 to September 30. Whenever such thing happens, there’s a probability of a very big launch planned from Verizon.

However, the date for the announcement of the most anticipated iPhone 5 is expected on September 12, where the company would hold an event specifically to discuss about the next generation iPhone. In addition to it, we might also see the rumored iPad mini that would target the 7 inch tablet market in US and other countries. Since Verizon is indicating the same date for the launch of iPhone 5 as that of  iMore, we are assuming it to be pretty true.

iPhone 5 is expected to include a 4 inch display, a partially covered metallic back, bump in rear megapixel camera, shift in position of headphone jack, mini dock connector, 4G LTE, quad core processor etc. We will let you once the media invite hits in the inbox of all bloggers. Let’s know if you are excited about the launch of iPhone 5 on September 21 in comment section.
