Pod2G Wants Apple To Release iOS 6.1, JailBreak Seems Ready For All Devices

iOS hacking community has been a lot more active lately. Where @planetbeing has tweeted about some huge progress for iOS 6.0 JailBreak, @Pod2g wants Apple to release iOS 6.0 now. The upcoming version from Apple, iOS 6.1 has been into beta from quite sometime now and it’s expected to be released very soon.

From this constant progress, it seems that iOS 6.0 JailBreak is already ready for the public release. However, the only reason why iOS hackers don’t want to release it now is because they don’t want to burn an exploit. Undoubtedly, Apple would certainly fix it in iOS 6.1 and we would have JailBreak for a very short span of time.
Currently, only A4 devices can be JailBroken which isn’t even the proper solution. You need to boot tethered every time the device reboots using a software on your PC/Mac. Hopefully, iOS 6.1 wouldn’t only make the JailBreak untethered, but also support all of the devices which would be upgraded to iOS 6.1 including an iPhone 5, iPhone 4S, iPad mini etc.
Needless to say, from all the above analysis, it can now be concluded that a JailBreak is imminent once iOS 6.1 goes public. Perhaps, it would be released on the same day. We will definitely let you know whenever it’s available. Stay tuned!
