iOS 6.0 Untethered JailBreak is Ready, Pod2G Confirms in An Interview

The frequent progress in iOS hacking community was surely a hint that iOS 6.0 JailBreak is awaited for the release. But according to an interview with iDigitalTimes, iOS hacker Pod2G confirmed that they have a JailBreak ready which works on iOS 6.0 and iOS 6.1 Beta. However, they are waiting for Apple to release iOS 6.1, so that the JailBreak could be released as well.

Prior to this, there were only assumptions that a JailBreak might be released in a week or so once iOS 6.1 goes public. But now, there’s a probability that the JailBreak would be released on the same day since it’s working and ready. Perhaps, the only thing that this new team called ‘evad3rs‘ now need is to implement the exploit in a tool like Absinthe or Greenpois0n.
As per pod2g, both @planetbeing and @pimskeks were really close in finding out the properly functional JailBreak until he entered and made it possible. Undoubtedly, they would have found out the JailBeak anytime soon, but pod2g helped them to come out of that complexities they had been facing way before.
You can read the entire interview with @pod2g from iDigitalTimes. I hope JailBreakers would now be waiting for Apple to seed the GM or public build to revive those ‘open’ iOS days again. Are you excited? Let’s know in comment section.
