iPad 4 With 128 GB Of Storage Might Start From $799

Some sources from 9to5Mac are now claiming that the rumoured 128GB version of the iPad 4 might start from $799 for the wifi model, whereas the cellular+wifi model might cost around $929. Apple doubled the capacity of iPhone and iPod touch for the first time in 2008 where iPhone storage was bumped to 16GB and iPod touch to 32GB.

Since the iPad has launched, Apple hasn’t increased the storage capacity from 64GB. And when there is another mini version of the iPad is available in the market, there couldn’t be a right time to do that. Also, iOS 6.1 Beta 5 has hinted toward a 128GB version of iPhone 5S as well.

Nevertheless, Apple has mostly bumped the storage everytime they have released a faster version of the predecessor. So, in addition to iPhone 5S, iPad 4 could see another model addition in the family which is called ‘ultimate’ as per the sources. Are you looking forward to it?
