iOS 6.1 Untethered JailBreak Tool Status Reached To 80%, Currently in Private Beta Testing

We have finally to come to a stage where we could say that we are not much far from the iOS 6.1 untethered JailBreak release. Everyday we tend to see increment in the status of the release of a JailBreak tool called ‘evasi0n‘. According to the website launched by iOS hackers to track the progress of JailBreak release, they have now completed 80% of the work required prior to making it public.

The iOS 6.1 untethered JailBreak tool is now under private beta testing for all popular operating systems including Mac OS X, Windows and Linux. Earlier, the Linux work was still pending, but now it’s being tested in addition to other apps on both Mac and Windows.With the frequent progress in the development of a GUI tool and update on evasion website, a JailBreak is mostly expected this Sunday, that is, February 3.

Nevertheless, all of are waiting for the next step which is extended beta testing. Hopefully, you all would have updated your iOS devices to iOS 6.1.
