After iOS 6.x JailBreak has come to reality, this is the first tweak which has been updated to support iPhone 5 and iOS 6 to send and receive files over Bluetooth and wifi. Undoubtedly, there are many other alternatives such as celeste or iBluenova which still needs to hack Bluetooth stack on the latest firmware version from Apple. Since Apple keeps making it difficult in every iteration of iOS, it’s definitely a challenge for them to update on time.

AirBlue can send or receive files from an iOS device to other devices using Bluetooth. However, the files can also be transferred over Wifi only if the other device also runs on Apple’s mobile operating system. Of course, the transfer would be much faster compared to bluetooth on other devices. Moreover, the tweak automatically creates a wifi hotspot if the Wifi is unavailable for the transfer. The Bluetooth trasnfer speeds are claimed to reach up to 1.7MB/s.
