The developer behind the most popular tool to make custom firmware with ease on Windows machines has again updated Sn0wbreeze to support iOS 6.1.2. Apple has seeded the firmware few days ago and after couple of minutes, iOS hackers confirmed the fact that the firmware doesn’t fixes the exploit which they have been using to JailBreak iPhone 5, iPad mini and all other supported devices.

In addition to bring support for iOS 6.1.2 for devices such as iPhone 4 and iPhone 3GS, it also fixes Apple TV 5.2 sandbox issues. iH8sn0w has also tweeted that he would updating iFaith really soon to support iOS 6.1.2. It seems that the only reason for him to hold back is because Apple’s still signing iOS 6.1.1 for certain devices. Once the window is closed completely, he would release iFaith to save SHSH Blobs for the downgrade in future.

For more info on it, you can checkout iH8Sn0w blog. If you are a Windows 8 user, there’s a different workaround for you. We hope that ultrasn0w would be updated soon as well for those who are relying on software unlock by preserving BaseBand. What do you think? Let’s know in comment section below.
