ActiveDock via Cydia Lits Up Active Icons in Dock On iPhone/iPad Like Mac OS X

If you are a Mac OS X user, you already know that the dock lits up active applications which are currently active or are in paused/background state. The same functionality is now being ported to iOS devices for iPhone/iPad’s dock where active apps are lit up by a silver light beneath the icon of the applications you have tapped once. Similar to Mac OS X, there’s a bounce animation for every icon you tap or when you receive a push notification.

After the push notification, the icon in the dock keep on bouncing until you open it. The interval for the bounce of the icons in the dock could be setup from the settings application. You can also customise about wether icon should bounce or not during notification or on launch from the Settings.app itself. We have tried the applications and are impressed by how fluently this tweak works even on an iPhone 4.

If you have JailBroken your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad on iOS 6.x, we don’t think you should miss this tweak. It can be downloaded from BigBoss repository via Cydia at a price point of $1.99. Have you downloaded it already? Let’s know about your first impressions in comment section.
