Amazon Is All Set To Launch The Amazon Kindle Voyage In India

The Amazon Kindle Voyage is an advanced version of its original reader. It exhibits the same screen size (6-inch) as the Kindle Paperwhite, but the display resolution is quite high in comparison; around 300 pixels per inch. The screen has an even glass covering to make it scratch resistant. According to amazon the texture of the glass is designed to match the texture of paper. Along with these things, there is also a new revised front light sensor that can automatically dim or light up the brightness of the screen based on the survey of the environmental lighting, a feature just like smartphones.
Furthermore the other element that makes reading experience different than before is the new PagePress feature; the pages can be turned without having to swipe all the way through. The Kindle Voyage is the thinnest of all the Kindles with merely 7.6mm thickness and weighs about 180gms.
The highlight feature that makes Kindle the finest e-reader in the lot is that Amazon provides free 3G services to the user. The user can keep downloading eBooks in more than 100 countries around the world and won’t have to pay anything for it. It also has Wi-Fi connectivity option. There is a catch; the built-in storage could have been a better number. The Kindle Voyage provides 4GB in-built storage but offers free Amazon Cloud Storage. Also Amazon Kindle still doesn’t support the the widely read eBook format ePub content format. The battery life lasts up to six weeks provided half hour reading per day with Wi-Fi off, the battery life will definitely vary with the light setting and Wi-Fi usage.
ll things said and done Amazon Kindle Voyage still proves to be the best device for reading purposes topping all the previous attempts by Amazon. The new Kindle Voyage is now available on Amazon.
