Not too long ago Apple was sues for infringing multiple Nokia patents (precisely 10). Though Apple didn’t respond to the suit in media, Cupertino has fired its rocket today with a counter-suit alleging infringement of 13 of its patents by Nokia. We certainly havn’t seen the end of this!

The Nokia N97 is priced (unsubsidized) at the same range as the Apple iPhone 3Gs. While it does feature somewhat better specs, the clear winner is still the iPhone 3Gs. With reviewers giving the N97 a thumbs down, Nokia might well turn back to its original strategy for now. Beat the iPhone with its pricing. [...]
