T9 multitap on the iPhone? Yes! an iKeyEx keyboard available via Cydia does the trick. After installing all you need to do is hit the Globe on your iPhone / iPod Touch keyboard and Multitap would be one of the available alternatives.

Hackers have managed to get a external keyboard working with the Apple iPhone using bluetooth. This is not a officially supported or easy solution, but this seems to be working. Apparently some black magic with a modified battery sleeve does the trick.
