Google has launched Google Sync for iPhone/iTouch- which lets you to sync Gmail, Gmail Contacts, and Google Calendars.
Once the set up for GoogleSync is done, You can import 25 different Google Calendars on your default Calendar app on your iPhone/iTouch. Importing/Selecting Google calendar is quite simple.

Silly iPhone theif nabbed by Mobile Me Sync

This one is a great story; a stolen iPhone was returned to its original owner as the thief added his contacts to the stolen iPhone. Apparently MobileMe synced these contacts back to the online account and the original owner could see them on the new iPhone he had already purchased after the loss!!

Switch tunes is similar to Swaptunes. And incase you are using SwapTunes already it will sync the old libraries easily. Switchtunes is a one touch switching between iPod profiles. What gives SwitchTunes an Edge over Swaptunes is the indicator which shows you which profile you are currently on. Swaptunes was kinda blind.

A common trouble with most iPod / iPhone users is the problem syncing their data with multiple systems. iTunes is nasty, and you can easily end up loosing all your data. Here I a useful video with instructions on getting rid of this problem! (Also see SwapTunes)
