MCallShow for the iPhone V2.1 / 2.0 (iPhone 3G) gives you the Bond feeling 😛
The app provides you with info about the network, country+region of the person you are speaking with on the iphone or even without dialing a call. I guess the app uses the databse to determine the area name of the Pin Code provided. Nothing groundbreaking about the app.
The app requires database for individual countries. The Default Databases are for Australia, China, England, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Mexcio, Netherlands, Portugal, Thailand, Spain, India and probably more will follow. Couldn’t find US and Canada 🙁
The app isn’t a 100% perfect. It didn’t detect the details sometimes when I was dialing a cell no, but is pefect with landline nos.

Main functions:
1. show the location of the incoming/outgoing calls
2. show the location in calllog
3. search the location of phone number manually
How to install MCallShow v1.1 on iPhoneOS 2.0-2.1
1) Jailbroken iPhone (3G iPhone)
2) Launch Cydia,input source:www.mcleaner.com/iphone/cydia
3) Choose MCallShow and MCallShow DB install
The database installs seperately for each country. Search and install them.
