It is difficult to keep a track of over 8000 apps for the iPhone coming via the AppStore. Specially with random price fluctuations and sales. So here comes App Sniper by Manta Research from the AppStore itself. This little app gives you the showdown of all Apps on Sale in the lats 24 hours. May it be Paid apps turning Free for a promotional period or just a hefty price drop!
AppSniper is one of my favorites app on the iPhone. Available via the AppStore for $0.99 the app allows you to keep a track of all your favorite apps and also gives you the latest update of the newly launched apps and the apps which are currently on sale with its full details given. You also have an option to Snipe your apps. This allows you to bookmark your favorite apps and you can add the the price at which you wish to buy the app. So when the apps on sale this will update you regarding the same.The app requires an internet connection wifi/3G/edge to track all the apps. The config tab allows you to change the currency from Euros/Canadian dollar/pound and Australian dollar (ofcourse USD as well). It also allows you to allows you to run the app on 3G/EDGE and to choose your genres (entertainment,books,utility etc.)
The app is just amazing!! No bugs known yet. However there can be improvements to it like adding free apps and paid apps tab separately. But still AppSniper is worth every single penny you spend invest on it. Grab it asap!!
