The upcoming iPhone at WWDC is buzzing strong now, and after Palm Pre launch tomorrow, it would be a double buzz with iPhone, iPhone vs Pre and the new iPhone rumors/news flooding the tech world. The latest debate is in the name of the new iPhone to be unveiled at WWDC 2009. Here, are a few possible names floating around for the next-gen iPhone:
- iPhone Video (as per a leaked screenshot from AT&T site)
- iPhone V3 as in iPhone Video 3G (spotted somewhere on the web as a placeholder)
- iPhone 32GB (as seen before in leaks – placeholder)
- iPhone Pro (as rumored ages back)
- iPhone Sandwich (as per a commentor on TUAW).
- Update: Another rumor points at the name ‘iPhone 3GS’
While there is a possibility of 2 new iPhones coming we would believe that one of them is named the iPhone Pro and the cheaper version with iChat (& 4GB memory) as rumored before would be iPhone Video. Lets wait and watch!
